Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly event hosted at The Broke and The Bookish
Top Ten Favourite Books You've Read During The Lifespan Of Your Blog
This is the first time I have ever participated in Top Ten Tuesday although I have seen it around for ages now. I'm going to have to cheat a little bit here though. Many people know that I used to blog at Heaven, Hell and Purgatory but that blog is no longer active. I've been blogging a couple of years so my Top Ten is going to come from my whole time blogging.
- Pushing The Limits by Kate McGarry
- Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles
- Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins
- The Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor
- Touch of Power by Maria V. Snyder
- Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare
- Going Too Far by Jennifer Echols
- Forsaken (and all of the Demon Trappers books) by Jana Oliver
- Divergent by Veronica Roth
- The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
These aren't in any particular order. I don't think I could pick one top favourite book since I've been blogging. I am quite surprised at how many contemporary novels I picked though.
Fabulous list! I've read and loved lots of these since I started blogging as well.

Great list. I've read 6 of your list and enjoyed them all. Going too Far by Jennifer Echols was amazing. It was one of the first YA contemporary novels I read, I hadn't realised how fantastic the genre was.
ReplyDeleteGreat list--I've read four of these! Perfect Chemistry is so amazing, and I love Pushing the Limits is very similar to it. Of course I love The Hunger Games, and Anna and the French Kiss is simply spectacular. Thanks for the follow!

Touch of Power is one that I toyed with putting on my list, but then ended up having to choose The Fault In Our Stars instead. So hard! You have a great list here! I've enjoyed almost all of them!

Divergent is on our list, too! I tried to read Cassandra Clare and never got into the City of Bones stuff, but for some reason the Clockwork series seems much more appealing to me! great TTT

Clockwork Angel is a great choice. It was so close to making my list!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my TTT! New follower =) I really have to get to Anna and the French Kiss and the Daughter of Smoke and Bone, heard fabulous things about both books!
ReplyDeleteLove your picks! Reminded me that I still need to get & read Clockwork Angel. I do have a copy of Clockwork Prince (with a signed bookplate in it *does a little dance*), so yeah. Thanks for commenting on my post!
